The revolution of technology and the rapid evolution of the digital world had a significant effect on the development and expansion of e-commerce. Delivery service is one of the support- ing services of e-commerce. One of the issues regarding this service is that many customers suffer from the difficulty in communicating and coordinating with logistics companies which are responsible for the delivery service. This project introduces a system that facilitates the com- munication and coordination between customers and logistics companies by using one identity and one interface. Therefore, increasing the level of customer satisfaction and reducing delivery failure rates which will eventually increase the prosperity of e-commerce.
