These stones in the early stage are remained unnoticed particularly by the human eyes. Thus, late diagnosis leed to cause damages to the kidney as they grow. To address this issue, a method is required to identify the location of the stone. Thus, the early detection of kidney stone is an essential manner in the medical treatment procedure. Ultrasound imaging is one of the available imaging techniques used for the diagnosis in medical fields. Furthermore, it is a widely imaging techniques that has used for analyzing kidney diseases [24]. On the other hand, the using of the ultrasound imaging is a highly challenging task. The major problem with this type of images that it has low contrast and contain noise (i.e. speckle noise) which makes it difficult to see the stone through it [1, 8].
